• The parallel market drops for the fifth session with a drop in liquidity 68%

    ​           The parallel market drops for the fifth consecutive session to close at 2,946 points, or 25 points, or 0.86 percent. Liquidity decreased by 1.4 million riyals by 68 percent to 668 thousand rials, a rate of 4.8 thousand riyals. While the traded shares fell 79 per cent by 171 thousand shares to 44 thousand shares. Deals were down 64 percent by 250 to 138. Three stocks rose and the rest stabilized. Bahar Al Arab rose 3.9 percent to close at 9.31 riyals, followed by Baazeem gain of 2.2 percent to close at 23.60 riyals. Third Abu Matai closed at 1.53 percent to close at 10.46 riyals. Al Samaani was down 9 percent to SAR 52.60, followed by Redan by 1.7 percent to SAR 14.10. The highest turnover was Redan with a value of 179 thousand riyals, followed by Al katiri value of 129 thousand riyals.
